The Schauenburg EnviroCAB is an advanced in-cab environmental monitoring system engineered to enhance health, safety, and operational efficiency inside heavy and light-duty vehicle (HDV/LDV) cabins. By providing realtime monitoring of critical environmental conditions, the EnviroCAB helps create a safer, more controlled working environment for operators in mining, construction, and industrial applications.
Compact, rugged, and easy to install, the EnviroCAB continuously tracks and logs up to 11 parameters across six integrated sensors, delivering precise insight into cabin air quality and environmental comfort. All captured data can be transmitted in real time via Wi-Fi, GSM, or GNSS to an on-site IoT network or cloud-based dashboard, enabling live environmental tracking and centralized data analysis.
In the event of limited connectivity, up to 30 days of continuous data is securely stored on the internal SD card and can be retrieved via USB for convenient offline reporting. The system supports daily, weekly, and monthly trend analysis, empowering safety teams and operators to identify issues early and make informed adjustments to improve working conditions.
Monitored parameters include Noise, Dust (PM1, PM2.5, PM10), Humidity, CO₂, TVOC, Barometric Pressure, Differential Pressure, and Vibration. The key indicators of operator health and environmental quality.
