1. INTRODUCTION

    This privacy policy (“Policy”) of Schauenburg Systems (Pty) Ltd t/a Schauenburg Systems; (“Schauenburg”, “us”, “we”) contractually regulates our right to collect and use certain of your information as a user of our website or as a customer of ours (“you”) and your rights in this regard. It applies to your use of the Schauenburg website (www.schauenburg.co.za) (“Website”) and the services that we offer (“Services”). This Policy creates a legally binding agreement between us and you and will apply as soon as you use the Website or Services.

    Your use of the Website and Services will be regulated by this Policy as well as our standard sales terms and conditions (“Sales Terms and Conditions”), where applicable, as well as any additional terms and conditions applicable to all users of the Website and Services (“Browser Terms”).       - Personal Information of any user that qualifies as a child, in terms of the Applicable Legislation of the applicable jurisdiction necessary for Schauenburg to render the Services and with the consent of a parent or guardian: Schauenburg will only process the Personal Information of children with the consent of a parent or guardian of that child where required in terms of Applicable Legislation.

      - Personal Information of a child that is not a user in terms of this Policy may however be obtained processed in their capacity as a dependent of a user i.e. for medical aid and insurance purposes: This will be conducted in terms of the Applicable Legislation of the applicable jurisdiction necessary for Schauenburg to render the Services and with the consent of a parent or guardian.

5. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING PERSONAL INFORMATION

    We only process adequate and relevant Personal Information for the following purposes and legal bases:

      - to perform in terms of our agreement with you (including to provide you with the Services and Website);
